    MVP Recruitment is assisting a reputable non-profit organization in the recruitment of a Clinical Manager to lead its Home Health team. The Clinical Manager will oversee interdisciplinary care for patients both within the community and the organization's broader service area, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage all patient care services, staffing, and referrals.
    • Supervise and support a dedicated team of clinical professionals.
    • Coordinate care plans, oversee interdisciplinary meetings, and ensure ongoing communication across the team.
    • Work closely with the Clinical Documentation Specialist to help ensure compliance with Medicare regulations, manage the submission of OASIS, and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
    • Serve as the infection preventionist and contribute to QAPI projects.
    • Act as on-call manager on a rotating basis.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
    • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts.
    • 3-5 years of experience in a home health care setting.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills (experience with MatrixCare and WellSky preferred).
