Responsibilities: • Provide clinical supervision to a team of mental health professionals to ensure high-quality care and adherence to ethical standards • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support professional growth and development • Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans for clients, ensuring individualized and effective interventions • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients • Stay current on best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities • Knowledgeable in working with EHR- Simple Practice • Good understanding of documentation and requirements around SOAP note format Qualifications: • LMFT-Licensed Marriage Family Therapist • Licensed Clinical Social Worker or equivalent degree • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health counseling • Proficient in clinical supervision and program management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with US Work Authorization regulations Compensation: $70 - $80 hourly
