Join a leading healthcare provider in San Francisco and the Bay Area as a Clinical Nursing Director (Perioperative Services), providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for perioperative nursing services. This full-time on-site role offers competitive pay, professional development, and leadership opportunities.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $200K - $260K annually + Sign-on Bonus
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Work Setting: On-Site, Perioperative Services
• Leadership Focus: Oversee strategic planning and quality initiatives for perioperative nursing

Responsibilities:

• Develop care standards and strategic initiatives for perioperative services.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to nursing managers and staff.
• Manage budget and resource allocation for optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Requirements:

• California RN License
• Master’s in Nursing or related field
• Seven (7) years of nursing experience
• Five (5) years of management experience
• Preferred: Experience in Magnet programs and collective bargaining
