The Role: Driving Excellence, Empowering Performance
As our Practice & Clinical Operations Manager, you will be the cornerstone of the daily operations of our flagship Park City location. You will oversee and optimize all aspects of the clinical environment, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services while maintaining an elite standard of patient care and staff performance.
You will lead, coach, and hold accountable a multidisciplinary team that includes:
Front office staff, customer service, patient experience
Back office staff, including inventory specialist, labs, supplements
Medical Assistants, Nurses, and Naturopathic/Integrative Physicians
This role is for someone who is deeply driven to create and implement systems, solve problems quickly, and foster a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.
What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership: Own day-to-day operations and execution across the entire Center.
Staff Performance: Inspire, train, and hold team members accountable to clearly defined performance metrics and expectations.
Patient Experience: Ensure an exceptional patient journey from the moment they walk in to follow-up and ongoing engagement.
Systems & SOPs: Develop, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures across clinical and administrative functions.
Metrics & Analytics: Build deep tracking systems to monitor KPIs, revenue drivers, patient outcomes, and team performance. Turn data into actionable insights.
Bioenergetic Integration: Collaborate on aligning clinical services with retail biohacking products, wearables, and our expanding online ecosystem.
Retail Synergy: Partner with leadership to synchronize the Center’s in-store and digital retail experience to maximize impact and revenue.
Adapt & Lead: Thrive in a constantly evolving environment and lead the charge on transformation and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
Experienced Operator: 5+ years of managing high-volume clinical or wellness center operations, ideally with revenue above $5M annually.
Healthcare Systems Guru: Deep expertise in medical operations, SOP development, and compliance within wellness, integrative, or functional medicine spaces.
Metrics-Obsessed Leader: Proven success in building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and making data-informed decisions.
Accountability Champion: Not afraid to have tough conversations, swiftly correct underperformance, and lead with clarity and integrity.
Change-Driven Visionary: You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings and are wired for growth and optimization.
Bioenergetics & Biohacking Familiarity: Ideally, you’ve worked in or are passionate about the fields of energy medicine, wearable tech, or biohacking tools and modalities.
Retail & Digital Crossover: Experience connecting clinical and retail operations, especially between brick-and-mortar and e-commerce platforms.
