Overview: As the Clinical Pharmacist I, you will play a crucial role in providing a wide range of pharmaceutical care services to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for both inpatient and outpatient settings. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multidisciplinary care providers to deliver optimal medication therapy that meets patient care needs and regulatory standards.
Hourly Pay Rate $50.00 - $72.00 $10,000 Sign-On
Key Responsibilities:
Provide a broad range of inpatient and outpatient pharmaceutical care services to ensure safe, effective, and timely medication therapy.
Support both centralized and decentralized services to deliver optimal medication therapy for patients with various disease states.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care providers to monitor, assess, and intervene clinically to ensure that medication usage aligns with patient care needs, evidence-based practices, established policies and protocols, and regulatory standards.
Schedule and Shift Details:
Varied shifts within an 8-80 schedule, equating to 80 hours per two-week pay period.
