Our clinical staff is comprised of psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and counselors, working in four locations in Oregon. We offer the flexibility of a private practice model, and with the support of an administrative team composed of intake screening, scheduling, front desk, billing, collections, credentialing, and marketing. We strive to maintain a collaborative, receptive, and welcoming organizational culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: Director of Behavioral Health
Northwest ADHD Treatment Center is seeking full-time licensed psychologist (licensed in Oregon or license eligible) to join our fun and dynamic private practice. The psychologist may supervise psychologist residents or associates, and will help build our practice as we begin to offer gold standard Autism Assessments.
The role would be primarily conducting Autism evaluations as a member of our Autism assessment team, working in close coordination with other NW ADHD Providers. There is some flexibility based on your preference regarding the balance of assessment hours versus therapy hours.
It is important to note that Northwest ADHD Treatment Center utilizes an exclusionary approach toward assessment; all other conditions that could be resulting in the observed symptoms are considered and ruled out versus seeking confirmation of an initial diagnostic hypothesis.
Preferred candidates are licensed psychologists or licensed therapists with expertise in Autism assessment. The ideal candidate has extensive differential diagnostic skills and experience diagnosing and treating Autism, ADHD, anxiety and mood disorders, and trauma.
Ideal candidates will be confident in their ability to evaluate and treat behavioral, social, emotional, and cultural concerns while integrating information obtained from caregivers, medical providers, and other behavioral health providers. Good communication and ability to collaboratively develop a treatment plan and help individuals implement skills in an effective manner is essential.
Our psychologists are compensated on a progressive salary model, with performance based raise eligibility calculated twice during the first year of employment, and annually thereafter. Minimum full time salary is $84,500 annually for maintaining a minimum weekly average of 23 direct contact units. Additional compensation can be provided for supervisory and leadership duties. Psychologists receive a raise when averaging more than 23 weekly direct contact units. Raise potential scales with average weekly contact units, with highly productive providers capable of earning annual salaries of $140,000 or more. Additionally, all providers receive an annual cost of living adjustment, separate from any performance based raise!
