    Seattle Child Psychology is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join a growing team, currently comprised of one psychologist and one part-time psychometrist. Located in the heart of Edmonds, WA, Seattle Child Psychology offers industry-leading compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate is a caring psychologist who is devoted to clinical quality and has outstanding attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are required. Successful applicants will be able to provide a range of psychological services, including: conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, targeted assessments, diagnostic clarification, follow-up treatment, and behavioral consultation with families. This full-time, hourly position offers flexibility to adjust responsibilities based on patient need and clinician preference. Part-time, hourly options are available to the right candidate. Responsibilities: Psychological Evaluations: • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children and adolescents. • Perform focused assessments to identify specific concerns or conditions. • Deftly use a wide range of psychological and neuropsychological assessment tools and methodologies. • Write detailed, insightful reports and summaries based on evaluation procedures and findings. • Present findings to patients and families in a competent, compassionate, and forward-looking manner. Follow-Up Treatment and Consultation: • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on assessment results. • Provide follow-up, outcome-focused treatment sessions with patients. • Offer behavioral consultation sessions with parents and caregivers. Administrative and Organizational Duties: • Manage your own scheduling and booking using practice management software. • Coordinate with practice owner and psychometrist to ensure smooth patient experiences. • Maintain clear records that meet all legal and professional standards. • Billing support is provided. Professional Development: • Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in relevant areas of psychology. • Engage in ongoing professional development and training. • Develop and maintain a robust referral network. • Maintain and uphold continuing education requirements for licensure. Collaboration and Teamwork: • Participate in case consultation and treatment planning with practice owner, as needed. • Experience supportive collaboration with psychometrist. • Participate in collaborative referral networks with other providers in the region. Qualifications: • Previous supervised experience of 1-3 years under a licensed psychologist is required • Must have exceptional analytical skills, communication skills, and observational skills • This position requires you to be currently licensed in the state you practice by the ASPPB (Association of State and Provincial Licensing Boards) • Eligible candidates possess either a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, Neuropsychology, or related discipline. • Eligible candidates possess current and active Washington State DOH Psychologist License. • Eligible candidates possess 2+ years’ experience conducting pediatric and adolescent psychological assessments. • Eligible candidates possess 2+ years’ experience providing psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioral treatments, or other evidence-based modalities. Compensation: $153,922 - $183,922 yearly
