    As a leading Residential Treatment Center in the Greater Richmond area, Hallmark Youthcare treats adolescents with emotional and behavioral issues triggered by trauma.     We are currently accepting applications for a Clinical Regulatory Compliance Auditor.to review resident records, maintain audit files, and ensure current regulatory standards of compliance for facility documentation. They will also assist in the design and collection of data for quality improvement.

    Pay: 48,000-53,000 annually

    Location: 12800 W Creek Parkway Richmond, VA 23238

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Monitor quality of contents and timeliness of resident documentation
    • Audit documentation for missing, inadequate or inconsistent information
    • Aggregate data and trends; report on documentation patterns
    • Perform continued stay reviews (CSR) on current residents.
    • Maintain ongoing assessment based on resident condition.
    • Monitor quality and appropriateness of care based on submitted documentation.
    • Assure evaluations, examinations, histories, and tests are completed within facility-prescribed time frames.

    EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (minimum of an LPN with a current license to practice in the state of Virginia)
    • Must possess a minimum of one year experience working in a psychiatric/behavioral setting or previous psychiatric facility experience.

    REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

    • Knowledge of state, federal, medical and Joint Commission requirements for Residential Treatment Centers
    • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and document information accurately.
    • Communicate effectively with all disciplines involved in the care of the residents.
    • Knowledge of chart analysis and data retrieval
    • Ability to review medical records for quality and completeness.
    • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
