Position Summary
The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for the direct oversight of all clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNA Team Leads.
Essential Job Duties:
Coordinate the admission of clients to Primecare Home Care Services.
Supervise, train, and onboard all field staff
Maintain and enforce clinical compliance measures, as well as policies and procedures
Plan and execute new program initiatives that follow best-practice standards for the industry
Routine care and/or supervisory visits
Generate, review, and maintain multiple reports and logs; and other duties as assigned.
Work closely with the Executive Director of the agency to ensure that clinical excellence, expertise, and standards are continuously maintained.
Documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Coordinate with department managers to ensure needs assessments for prospective clients are addressed and accommodations are made in a timely manner.

Must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services and be able to problem solve.
Previous home health and management experience preferred.
Must be technologically inclined and may need to update and/or revise current clinical forms that are utilized during nursing visits.
Hire and train new and current staff. This includes but is not limited to initial/annual skills competency, annual evaluations, individual counseling as needed, and meeting all required annual education guidelines set by the state and federal government.
Maintain their individual licensure and continuing education requirements set by the state of Georgia board of nursing.
Promote, motivate, and lead all clinical staff to abide by, adhere to the clinical standards, and practice guidelines provided to the agency by the state and federal accreditation agencies.
Must adhere to deadlines to stay within state compliance.
Job Conditions
Minimal lifting of office records and printouts.
Lifting and transferring patients as needed to assess patient condition and wellness.
This job involves sitting, standing, driving, stooping, and walking, as well as telephone communication.
Travel is required, by car or airplane, to local, out-of-town, or state seminars, conferences, or meetings. Travel is required for the initiation (admission) of services for newly referred home healthcare patients to the agency. Travel is required for routine home visits while supervising field staff.
Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday (4 Days in the Office and 1 Day Remote)
Qualifications:
Must have a Georgia Registered Nurse License
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
In lieu of a BA degree, at least two years of Home Care or Home Health Services experience and at least one year of supervisory experience.
Must have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
Must have current CPR and First Aid certification
Valid Driver's License
Must have a clean criminal history background check and a clean Motor Vehicle Report in accordance with Primecare Home Care’s Vehicle/Driving Policy.
