PAY RANGE: $40-$45/HR

This Clinical position requires someone with a robust clinical aptitude who can work in a team environment. Responsibilities unique to this position include understanding the OBL, Vein Clinic, or Hospital and building solid relationships with the physicians and the staff. Within the Peripheral Intervention (PI) franchise, this opportunity will be among the CVI team specializing in treating Chronic Venous Insufficiency.
This Clinical Representative will be able to promote company products within a defined geographic territory. This will be accomplished by product, procedure, competitor, and market knowledge, leading to increased usage of company products within current accounts to meet a sales quota based on company sales goals and directly increase the company's sales revenue.
Your responsibilities include:
• Assist in executing a proactive regional plan involving clinical, sales, and service support to improve market share and improve customer service quality.
• Effectively partner with colleagues to develop and execute territory strategies.
• Serves as the primary resource for clinical support in case coverage, basic troubleshooting, specialty product usage, and customer training. Evaluate, Educate, and hold HCPs accountable for the correct use of CVI products.
• Educates customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by giving presentations and demonstrations using various formats and platforms. Provide supplemental training support during product launches and for high-touch specialty products.
• Ensure timely collection and reporting of all required medical documentation pertaining to procedural device operation using corporate-issued tracking procedures and seek input from appropriate personnel to resolve problems.
• Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
• Fully support the Quality Policy by building quality into all aspects of the incumbent's work and maintaining compliance with all quality requirements.
• Must effectively communicate site-related information, including product performance for potential product complaints and the planning and execution of meetings and presentations.
Basic Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience assisting in performing ablations in the Superficial Venous Space
• Problem-solving and the ability to be coached and directed by other teammates for productive collaboration.
• Must demonstrate proven ability to work independently; must be a self-starter
• Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications
• RVS or RVT Certification
