Responsibilities:
Supervise 10-15 QBHS/Case Managers monthly
Carry a caseload of 8-10 clients to provide counseling to individuals or groups with Behavior Health Issues
Clinical diagnostic assessments
Develop and implement individual treatment plans
Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients and staff
Prepare progress reports and letters for relevant parties
Individual and/or Group Therapy
Facilitate referrals to other healthcare or counseling professionals
Keep Accurate and Medicaid compliant documentation
And other duties assigned
Negotiable pay scale based on experience and licensure
Qualifications:
3+ years direct clinical experience
Experience providing clinical supervision, staff management, and team leadership
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution
Ability to diagnose mental health conditions
Knowledge of recovery, preferred but not required
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling with valid OH Licensure (LISW, LCSW, LPCC, LSW, LPC)
Independent licensure preferred
