    Mass Pediatric ABA is located in Westford MA and services all surrounding towns including Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover.

    Mass Pediatric ABA is hiring a full-time, experienced and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for the Greater Lowell, Westford and surrounding areas.

    We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to make a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support.

    Mass Pediatric ABA is offering a salary of $70,000-$90,000 based on education and experience. BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!

    Our BCBA will:

    ● Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports

    ● Develop & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

    ● Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision.

    ● Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians

    ● Develop and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior intervention plans

    ● Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA

    ● Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warranted

    ● Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor progress

    Requirements:

    Current BCBA Certification and LABA

    Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field

    Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle

    Previous ABA Experience

    Completed CORI background check
