Your Role: Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Supervise clinical staff and direct support staff, providing strong leadership, guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Training & Development: Oversee training and development of new and existing staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as licensing and Bridgemark’s policies.
Client Care Oversight: Ensure high-quality treatment delivery by monitoring client progress and clinical outcomes, and providing guidance on treatment plans.
Program Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to improve and expand clinical programming.
Scheduling & Coordination: Provide leadership and guidance to staff regarding scheduling to ensure seamless operations and client care.
Documentation: Oversee timely and accurate documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and ensure compliance with BHDDH and other regulatory standards.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with program managers, residential staff, and other team members to ensure seamless client care.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensing: Active Rhode Island licensure as an LCDCS or equivalent independent clinical license (required).
Experience: Previous experience as a Clinical Supervisor is highly desired.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrable ability to manage others, including handling scheduling and problem-solving.
Expertise in Behavioral Health: In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and co-occurring disorders.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Policy Knowledge: Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations.
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Education: Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
