    Join our dedicated nephrology medical office as a Clinical Supervisor! In this pivotal role, you will lead our clinical team to ensure exceptional patient care while optimizing daily operations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare excellence. If you are ready for a clinical leadership position and your background includes experience in a medical office setting as a CMA, LPN, or RN (pluses include experience in Nephrology and/or bi-lingual in English/Spanish), please reply with your resume.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Staff Leadership and Development:

    Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training processes for clinical staff, ensuring a smooth integration into our team.

    Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

    Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    Collaborate with admin team to maintain strict adherence to regulatory standards, including HIPAA, sharps management, crash cart readiness, and medication handling.

    Regularly update and maintain the Clinic How-To procedure manual, ensuring staff are well-versed in current protocols and best practices.

    Operational Efficiency:

    Manage the daily workflow of the clinic, including staff scheduling and task assignments for clinical staff to ensure optimal patient care and office efficiency.

    Act as the primary resource for clinical staff regarding procedures, providing immediate support and guidance.

    Patient Relations and Issue Resolution:

    Manage patient schedule to triage and place new patients and conflicts

    Address complex clinical patient complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive and compassionate patient experience.

    Work closely with the Administrative Supervisor to identify and resolve insurance-related concerns, including eligibility checks and prior authorizations.

    Coordination and Communication:

    Serve as a vital link between clinical and administrative teams, facilitating effective communication and coordination of patient documentation and insurance processes.

    Manage the ordering and inventory of clinical supplies, ensuring our team has the resources needed to provide excellent patient care.

    Performance Monitoring:

    Oversee the assessment of clinical staff performance, focusing on time management, productivity metrics, and adherence to clinical protocols.

    Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and quality of care within the clinic.
