Position Summary:
We are looking for a driven and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join its Childhood Trauma Treatment team. This is a part time role that can lead to full time. Based in the Santa Barbara area, this integral role will both deliver therapy services directly to clients as well as supervise a minimum of (3) unlicensed employees, including trainees, associates, and/or practicum students, providing clinical and administrative oversight.goals.

Requirements:
- Current California license and minimum of 2 years' clinical experience post licensure required. Must have a valid California driver’s license, clean DMV record and criminal record clearance from the DOJ. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean DMV record, proof of vehicle insurance and criminal record clearance from the DOJ.
- Experience working with complex clinical issues surrounding children and families preferred. Experience working with or certification in any of the following modalities preferred: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and/or Mental Health Consultation.
