Position Overview: This is a part- time position. We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LPC) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the delivery of our programs by directly working with children and providing clinical supervision to a team of dedicated clinicians seeking licensure. Your expertise, guidance, and unwavering commitment to excellence will encourage our clinicians to provide the highest standard of care and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership: Lead by example as you work directly with children in-home or in-community for 10 hours per week, providing exceptional clinical interventions and individualized support that aligns with best practices and evidence-based approaches.
Clinical Supervision: Provide insightful and compassionate clinical supervision to a team of six clinicians, including psychologists and social workers who are pursuing licensure or professional growth.
Professional Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by designing and delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and case reviews to enhance the clinical skills and expertise of our clinicians.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and agency policies in all clinical practices and documentation, promoting the highest quality of care.
Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team, including caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals, to develop integrated treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.
Program Enhancement: Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our programs by providing valuable insights, innovative ideas, and evidence-based approaches to drive positive outcomes for children and families.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in psychology or social work.
Current and valid clinical license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker or License Professional Counselor) with extensive experience in working with children with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.
Certified Clinical Supervisor credential or eligibility to obtain such credential.
Proven experience in providing clinical supervision and guidance to professionals seeking licensure or professional growth.
Deep knowledge of evidence-based interventions, assessment tools, and treatment modalities for children with developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with children, families, and colleagues.
Strong leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring and inspiring others to reach their full potential.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to the unique needs of each child and family.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions in complex situations.
