Salary and Benefits

• The salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30pm
• 40 Hour Work Week
• Rotating On-Call (1 week at a time)
• 32 bed Co-ed Jail Diversion Program
• Supervise Case Case Managers

Requirements

• Clear and Active License in Massachusetts (LCSW, LMHC, LADC, LICSW)
• 2 years of Supervision experience (preferred)
• Experience working with patients of substance abuse (preferred)
• Ability to Advocate for Patients
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Standards
