Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary Before Bonuses
- Based on Experience - $65,000 - $75,000
- Retention Bonus:
- $1,000 Every Six Months – Licensed
- $500 Every Six Month – License Eligible
- $1500 - $2000 Sign On Bonus Based on Licensure Status
- Additional $3500 per year if bilingual

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Targeted Hours)
- This position includes work in office as well as is in the community facility Baker Acts logistics when needed.
- 30-40% of work is spent out of office
- No assigned On-Call shifts, however, must be expected to be available to provide emergency assistance to on call team if needed (by phone only)
- No assigned caseload but there are clinical responsibilities, like stepping in for a clinician or meeting with a client's family, etc.
- Managing a team of 12 multi-disciplinary FACT Staff who provide person-centered and community-based treatment and interventions. These employees include social workers, nurses and licensed clinicians.
- Ensuring compliance with internal, state, and federal regulations.
- Providing team-based leadership focused on results, performance, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Clear and Active Florida Licensure (OR License Eligible | scheduled exam within 6 months is Required)
- LCSW, LMHC or LMFT (or License Eligible)
- Supervisory/management experience
- Experience with serious mental illness, dual diagnosis and crisis intervention
- 2 years working in a clinical setting
- Flexibility, accessibility, working after hours, including some weekends, to ensure accountability
- Ability to pass a Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting, Drug Screen and Local Criminal Check
