    Position Summary:

    Our team provides clinical support to adults with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries and to their care and support teams across a variety of settings including residential group homes, shared living, outreach, and some day programing. We serve a population with a wide range of developmental, mental health, and medical needs who range from mildly to severely disabled. We work cohesively with our nursing and administrative teams to be able to provide well-rounded supports to enhance and maximize the quality of our individuals lives.

    Position Responsibilities:

    Train, oversee and supervise Clinical Specialists & Team Clinicians.

    Coordinate with staff, managers, therapists, psychiatrists, day program, service coordinators, families/guardians etc.

    Collaborate with our internal care teams that include nurses, direct-care staff, management.

    Develop rapport with support teams and therapeutic relationships with the people receiving supports.

    Train staff on a variety of clinical topics and interventions.

    Contribute to program and department development.

    Develop, review, and update program specific treatment plans and other information for all clients. Review may include gathering data from staff and others, reading reports and other information, entering data into a data base, and analyzing results.

    Provide clinical supervision or guidance to program staff in times of client crises.

    Conduct periodic case conferences or produce reports on select clients as appropriate.

    Other duties as assigned by the Vice President, Clinical Director, or other designee

    Qualifications:

    Master’s Degree required.

    MA Clinical License (psychologist, LICSW, ABA, LMHC, etc). required.

    3yrs of training, including post graduate class work or formal training, and/or experience in function based behavioral assessment and treatment.

    3-5yrs of clinical experience in the treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities.

    Training in PBS, organizational strategies, and multi-tiered systems of support.

    Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record.
