As the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Clinical Supervisor in Baltimore, MD, your primary responsibility is to work closely with the Program Director to enhance and grow the SUD program. You will be overseeing the clinical operations within the program. Your duties include: • Monitoring revenue generation weekly and strategizing for growth. • Assisting counselors with documentation requirements. • Providing professional clinical supervision. • Filling in for clinical roles when needed. • Attending Executive Management meetings and task committees. • Representing the Agency in meetings with external stakeholders. • Offering clinical supervision to counselors and interns. • Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback. • Ensuring compliance with legal policies and quality standards. • Maintaining up-to-date client files and documents. • Organizing and supervising the delivery of client care services. Responsibilities: • Develop strategies and plans for the organization • Ensure conformity to company requirements for service and growth • Undertake budgeting and resource planning • Recruit personnel • Assign tasks • Generate and organize employee schedules • Guarantee departments are adequately provided with personnel • Coordinate and monitor staff • Prepare and oversee all client care • Oversee administrative operations and programs • Give personnel necessary training to guarantee quality services to patients/clients • Gauge performance and manage employee discipline • Guarantee observance of legal requirements • Abide by policies and standards of quality Qualifications: • Licensed mental health or addiction counselor with board approval to supervise or CAC-AD with letter of approval to supervise • Prior experience in clinical supervisory role • Demonstrated understanding of budgeting, resource planning, evaluation procedures and methods • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations • Experience working with computerized systems, such as EMR • Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities • Remarkable organizational and time management skills Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
