    Position Overview

    We are currently seeking caring and committed Associate and Licensed Clinical Therapists to join our growing team. This role is ideal for those who feel called to support clients with empathy, cultural humility, and respect.     We are especially interested in clinicians who are bilingual in Spanish and those with a desire to work with children, youth, and families.

    Core Responsibilities

    Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to a minimum caseload of 20 clients per week

    Offer therapeutic services that are client-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based

    Complete timely and accurate documentation (included in billable hour rate)

    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment planning and client progress

    Attend regular clinical supervision and trainings (provided for associates)

    (Licensed clinicians only): May assist with associate supervision and clinical documentation review

    Compensation & Benefits

    $40 – $55 per billable hour (includes documentation)

    Qualifications

    Active California registration or licensure: ASW, AMFT, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC

    Demonstrated compassion for clients and commitment to their healing journey

    Experience working with children, youth, or families preferred

    Bilingual in Spanish strongly encouraged to apply

    Familiarity with trauma-informed, culturally responsive practices

    Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills

    Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setting

    Schedule Availability

    Day and evening hours available

    Monday through Friday

    Weekend availability is a plus, but not required
