The Company: Our company is a dual-diagnosis enhanced, behavioral health treatment and housing provider in Salt Lake City, Utah. They deliver evidence-based interventions for individuals who have chronic behavioral health conditions, histories of homelessness, mental illness, criminal justice involvement, and primary health concerns.

The Position: Our company is looking for Client Therapists for our Outpatient and Residential Programs. Our company offers the following compensation and benefits:

• $67,000-$75,000 Depending on Experience and Licensure
• $2,000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities:

• 36 Hour Work Week
• Monday to Thursday Or Tuesday to Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30PM Or 8AM-5PM
• Performs Initial and Ongoing Treatment Planning in Collaboration With the Client and the Treatment Team
• Completes Timely Funding Requests and Treatment Updates Based Upon the Treatment Plan
• Uses the American Society of Addiction Medicine's Patient Placement Criteria ASAM PPC-2R in Recommending Client Service Levels and in Formulating Treatment Plans
• Facilitates 4-6 addiction-related psychotherapy groups
• Teaches and Develops Life-Skills Classes

Requirements:

• Certifications/Licenses Consider: Master of Social Work (MSW), Certified Social Worker (CSW), Adult and Child Mental Health Care (ACMHC), License Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), Or License Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Must be Competent in Providing Substance-Abuse Treatment, Group Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy REBT, Motivational Interviewing MI, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT
