CLINIC MANAGER (*must be LSCSW, LCMFT, or LCPC)
Position Overview
The Clinic Manager is a mid-tier administrative and managerial role responsible for supporting the Clinic Director (CD) in the oversight of performance and operations of the clinic. This position assists with staffing needs; manages staff performance, and provides resource support and administrative oversight, while maintaining an active caseload of clients.

Essential Duties
Organizational Leadership & Support
Support CD in fostering a collaborative culture (birthday celebrations, Ellieversary, etc.).
Monitor clinic capacity and practice patterns to meet staffing requirements, manage office space, and address client waitlists.
Assist the CD in maintaining organizational policies and procedures.
Serve as back-up for CD when they are out of the office.
Participate in Ellie leadership meetings.
Maintain a flexible schedule to support staff and client needs.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Clinic Oversight
Provide training, staff development, and administrative oversight to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Monitor and manage clinic office schedules and office supplies.
Address client, clinician, or external stakeholder concerns promptly and professionally.
Serve as point of contact for building management related issues or concerns.
Hiring, Training, & Staff Management
Collaborate with CD to support the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Lead training for all new hires, ensuring all required Ellie Mental Health clinical and operational policies and procedures are taught and followed.
Triage staff administrative questions and concerns, connecting them with appropriate tools and resources, and troubleshoot issues within Valant, ADP, Teams, Outlook, and billing.
Lead or Co-facilitate clinic meetings, including documentation via a file note if necessary.
Manage basic clinic Human Resource tasks.
Supervision & Consultation
Provide clinical oversight to clinic’s mental health practitioners, including signing clinical documentation for pre-clinically licensed providers.
Hold staff compassionately accountable to meeting performance expectations.
Provide 1:1 consultation with all staff to review productivity, caseloads, and clinical documentation.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline
Clinically licensed in the state of KS (LCMFT, LCPC, LSCSW)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, including Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams
Experience working with an EHR/EMR (Valant experience a plus!)
