About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinician who provides professional therapeutic services to unaccompanied minors in a shelter setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and progress of children under the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling services.
- Screen minors for human trafficking concerns upon arrival.
- Collaborate with Case Managers and Treatment Teams for updates and progress reports.
- Maintain clinical documentation, including progress notes and assessments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide crisis intervention as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Eligible for licensure as an LCSW or LPC.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Ability to pass annual TB tests, drug screenings, and criminal history checks.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends.
- Travel availability for emergencies as needed.
