    Nonotuck Resources Associates ( www.nonotuck.com) is a community-based agency providing residential services to people with disabilities since 1972.     Just shy of 1,200 people receive Caregiving with Love in either Shared Living or Adult Family Care. Each person is surrounded by loving, dedicated, experienced and compassionate team members who provide values-based services driven by personal preference, community inclusion, and the goal of a diversity of freely given relationships.

    Clinician (Full-time Exempt, Monday-Friday 40 hours/week)

    Pay Range: $75,000.00 Annually

    Position Overview:

    Nonotuck Resource Associates is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinician to join our team. The Clinician will be responsible for providing direct clinical services to individuals served by Nonotuck, including clinical assessment, counseling, behavior management plans, positive behavioral support plans, psychotropic medication treatment plans, and accompanying individuals on clinical visits as needed.     The Clinician will play a crucial role in providing direct clinical services to individuals, ensuring their mental health and well-being. This includes assessments, counseling, and collaboration with other agencies and service providers.

    • Clinical Services * Provide direct clinical services, including clinical assessment, counseling, consultation, creating behavior management plans, positive behavioral support plans, drafting psychotropic medication treatment plans, and accompanying individuals on clinical visits as indicated.
    • Record Keeping
      • Maintain records of contact hours/visits with individuals/households.
    • Liaison and Coordination
      • Act as a liaison to other agencies and service providers.
      • Procure needed services or assign to other team members as indicated.
      • Maintain contact with local State offices.
    • Assessment and Evaluation
      • Provide ongoing and as-needed assessment and evaluative observations as necessary.
    • Training and Collaboration
      • Conduct in-service training and in-home trainings where needed.
      • Collaborate with families, other individuals, and organizations interested in the clinical needs of an individual.

    • Additional Duties
      • Perform any and all duties deemed essential to assist the agency, office, team, or people we support.
    • Requirements
      • Ability to drive a motor vehicle to the home(s) of people served.
      • Availability to work weekends during specific times of the year.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters level in related field e.g. psychology, social work, education, counseling, etc.
    • Licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or other relevant clinical license preferred.
    • Experience in providing clinical care to individuals with developmental disabilities. Preferred experience in support of individuals in home or shared living environments as well as skills and experience assessing, consulting, educating supporting staff and supported individuals.
    • Community experience that expands specifically to: the Department of Developmental Service, Adult Foster Care Services, HCBS waivers (supporting those with a Brain Injury or those who have chronic conditions affecting their ability to live safely in the community) beneficial.
    • Valid driver’s license with excellent RMV record (subject to RMV background check).
    • Background check required.
