OUR GOAL: We are currently seeking motivated applicants with entrepreneurial mindsets to join our expanding marketing department, at the entry level. CWC’s Entry Level Representatives are trained directly by our highly skilled management teams in order to ensure the highest success rate possible in both the front and back end of our business development and marketing strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilizing creative lead-generating techniques while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers

• Conducting thorough and ongoing market research in order to represent clients effectively

• Streamlining training processes to achieve higher standards and ensure employee growth potential is met

• Tracking the marketing campaign performance one has been assigned on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure optimal success

• Maintaining a strong focus on exceptional customer service skills with direct client interactions

• Communicating new ideas and products effectively in order to grow customer base

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma and some college preferred

• The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment

• Experience in customer service or client facing roles

• A commitment to professionalism in the work place

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to share ideas
