As a Support Teacher at Primrose School of Winfield, you’ll help to create a fun, safe environment for little ones as they explore and learn through purposeful play that nurtures their social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development. The hours for this job are somewhat flexible, but they require 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Additional hours can be discussed.

Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred.
Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children.
A passion for early childhood education and a vision of excellence.
Responsibilities of this role:
Feeding, changing diapers, and attending to the infant’s or toddler's needs;
Engage infants and toddlers in play and learning activities while monitoring their progress and watching for developmental milestones
Implement daily the provided infant/toddler curricular activities according to established policies, licensing regulations, and the philosophy of Primrose.
Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore, and confidently make decisions consistent with health and safety standards.
