Job Description
As a Title Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in promoting and selling closing and title insurance services to clients within the Middle Tennessee area. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, and other key stakeholders. Here are the key aspects of the role:
* Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
* Conduct market research to identify target segments and tailor your approach accordingly.
* Collaborate with internal teams (such as escrow officers, title agents, mangers, and legal professionals) to ensure the seamless processing of client transactions.
* Create customer awareness of title insurance products and services.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transaction details.
Qualifications & Skills
* Prior experience in real estate sales, title insurance, or related fields is preferred.
* Prior experience in a sales role, regardless of industry, is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to clients.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
* Familiarity with real estate terminology, contracts, and closing procedures.
* Passion for developing leads and prospects.

Compensation
