As the Clothing and General Merchandise Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our retail operations, including our clothing and general merchandise showrooms at 4 locations. You’ll work closely with our sales associates to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and attention, from the moment they walk through our doors to the moment they ride off on their newly purchased merchandise.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth. You’ll work in a fun and dynamic environment, surrounded by other Harley enthusiasts who share your passion for the open road and the thrill of the ride.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sell over $3,000,000 of product

Maintain over a 48% margin

Maintain under 10% non-moving inventory

Ensure that the sales processes with all departments is working properly

Manage team schedule and coaching

Responsible for department display and open & closing procedures

Daily scorecard and KPI update

Lead and hold team accountable with Daily/Weekly Staff Training

Manage all personal schedule, commissions, training, and floor appearance

Solve customer concerns
