The right candidate will have a background of both claims adjusting and body shop operations, as well as a history of great customer service. The position serves to cater to the customer, helping to make a stressful situation as simple and painless as possible. Being the main point of contact for all claims, the job requires great organizational skills, as well as some "outside the box" thinking from time to time, as no two claims are ever perfectly alike.
