Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC is seeking a Full-Time Banquet Cook. We are a privately owned and operated country club nestled inside Preston, a premier residential community located in the heart of Cary, NC. This is a great opportunity to be a part of our award-winning Culinary team!

Position Requirements:

-A minimum of 1 year Kitchen/Culinary experience -Prepare attractive platter presentations and action stations for Club events -Garnish and arrange serving displays for salads, vegetables, cheese and fruit trays -Read prep sheets and gather the required ingredients and supplies -Maintain all sanitation standards and proper food handling techniques -ServSafe certification is a plus -Good knife skills -Ability to handle food preparation for large groups -Able to lift 20-30 pounds safely -Awareness of safety in and around the kitchen -Available to work a varied schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings
