Role Overview: As the Club Leader, you set the gold standard for customer service and lead your team to achieve excellence. Your key responsibilities include hiring, training, and mentoring staff, ensuring clear communication from the front lines to executives, implementing corporate policies, managing operational expenses, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations and Member Retention:
Set the tone for staff interactions to maximize member acquisition and retention.
Handle member relations transactions, financial transactions, and inquiries.
Process payments, update financial information, and manage ancillary services.
Address and resolve member complaints and suggestions.
Maintain accurate CRM/CMS records and assist in retail sales.
Promote new internal and external promotions.
Staffing:
Identify team strengths and opportunities for appropriate staffing solutions.
Recruit, interview, and hire team members.
Train staff on policies, procedures, CRM/CMS, and sales techniques.
Oversee payroll and performance monitoring.
Sales and Marketing:
Manage lead distribution, follow-up, and conversion.
Oversee social media management and internal/external marketing efforts.
Operations:
Ensure cost-effective and timely execution of business functions.
Control inventory and manage vendor relationships.
Maintain facility and equipment, ensuring all are in good working order.
Personal Training and Group Fitness:
Align PT and sales team objectives to support sales goals.
Oversee the Personal Training department and work with trainers to garner more clientele.
Requirements:
Leadership and Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and prompt information flow between all levels of the organization. Experience in leading and managing a team with a focus on developing your staff.
Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle member relations effectively.
Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Sales and Marketing Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, and lead generation, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Operational Management: Experience in managing operations, including inventory control, vendor management, and facility maintenance. Understanding of financial management, including budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity basic office software platforms and ability to learn new ones (e.g., MS Office, CRM).
Fitness Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the fitness industry and trends, with a passion for health and wellness.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Certifications: CPT certification is preferred.
Bilingual: Spanish speaking is a major plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role or the fitness or hospitality industry.

Schedules are communicated with 14 days' notice.
Club consumables are well-stocked, and equipment functions properly.
Regular employee reviews and improvements are conducted.
High team morale and a clean, well-maintained facility.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base hourly pay of $15-17 per hour
Membership commissions from $10-20 per membership (club averages 40-60+ per month)
*After 90 day period and promotion:
Club PT revenue percentage + total club revenue %
