    Club Pilates is a rapidly growing global boutique fitness franchise. We are the largest Pilates brand in the World, it is one of the World’s largest franchised fitness brands with over 650 locations open worldwide.

    We are searching for a General Manager for our Club Pilates Studio. Our Franchise group has 5 studios in the area. There is ample room for growth as we continue to expand our Market. The General Manager: oversees all Team Members and operations for a studio and is responsible for achieving company sales and business objectives and for ensuring compliance with Club Pilates practices. The General Manager directs and manages membership sales and retention, is the main contact for Members, and leads the studio team of Sales Associates and Instructors. The General Manager is responsible for the successful management of all studio operations and personnel and reports to the Regional General Manager.

    COMPENSATION:$250.00 Sign On Bonus

    Competitive base salary rate 45,000 to 75,000

    Requirements

    Must have a minimum of 2 years Membership sales or similar sales experience where monetary goals needed to be met

    Must have experience leading a team of employees

    Valid Driver’s License

    Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone

    Responsibilities

    Oversee execution of sales process, lead generation, follow up, and close

    Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensuring staff provides superior customer service

    Coordinate studio-specific marketing activities and collaborate on activities with sister studios

    Manage social media accounts for the studio and provide timely, effective posts

    Oversee member account changes – cancellations, freeze requests, etc.

    Coordinate with General Manager/vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

    Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

    Quarterly Inventory Check

    Submit monthly NICHA Member Work Out Report

    Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio

    Coordinate repairs and maintenance of the studio as needed

    Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures

    Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions when needed

    Monthly equipment maintenance check (possibly in conjunction with Lead Instructor)

    Overseeing the Front Desk Sales Associates

    Communicate training needs to GM

    Support and manage the studio’s daily activities to ensure satisfactory completion of tasks

    Serve as a resource for general Pilates knowledge to all members and staff

    Train new sales associates and be a resource for the instructors as well

    Report Instructor and Sales Associate feedback to the General Manager

    Conduct annual employee reviews of the sales staff and Instructors

    Ensure the staff is complying with the Employee Handbook and studio (and Club Pilates) policies
