    Job Summary: The Agency Recruiter is responsible for growing the existing network of Independent Strategic Members (ISM) in their assigned region by working with existing Member agencies as well as recruiting and appointing new Members. Under the general direction of the Regional Vice President, the Agency Recruiter will be responsible for prospecting for and signing new independent agencies within our assigned territory. The Agency Recruiter will develop a territory plan and then execute it in order to meet/exceed their quarterly/annual goals. This is a hybrid position with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the CAA Independent Satellite Member (ISM) Recruitment program.
    2. Work in concert with SIAA and or CoVerica Marketing Department relative to identifying and recruiting ISM’s.
    3. Participate in company and agency functions to network for company appointments and ISM prospect leads.
    4. Develop, review and analyze information on ISM prospects in order to establish suitability for Membership in the network.
    5. Negotiate and execute Independent Strategic Member Agreement as provided by CAA.
    6. Meet with company marketing reps to secure ISM appointments and/or sub-codes.
    7. Review company experience reports to assure quality business is being written by the ISM’s.
    8. Participate in meetings on topical network subjects in conjunction with home office.
    9. Coordinate and conduct regular visitation with ISMs to review opportunities and Member Services including utilization of SIAA Income Calculator.
    10. Negotiate and monitor book transfers for ISMs.
    11. Act as a liaison between ISMs, CAA and Companies.
    12. Institute and monitor ISM rehabilitation program if necessary in conjunction with ADFS
    13. Actively support and serves as a role model for company mission and core values.
    14. Help formulate and uphold policies and procedures needed for company-wide effectiveness, profitability, and compliance with state and federal law.
    15. Maintain an accurate CRM with the proper staging of opportunities, deal notes, and close dates, follow up within specified timeframes on all opportunities
    16. Document all activities and visits by tracking and/or using set regard in CRM.
    17. If needed, delegate a task to a co-worker by way of CRM or Outlook.
    18. Other duties as directed.

    1. Attend insurance company meetings. Review company materials and products and distribute information to ISMs and staff as needed
