    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As a Salesforce Professional Services Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue by identifying and engaging potential clients for our Salesforce professional services offerings. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will develop and execute lead generation strategies, schedule discovery calls and meetings, and ensure a seamless hand-off to the sales team. Your collaboration with the Professional Services team will contribute to client satisfaction and uncover opportunities for upselling.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Generate new business opportunities by employing strategic prospecting techniques, making outbound calls, sending targeted emails, and leveraging social media outreach within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Schedule discovery calls and meetings with key decision-makers at target accounts, working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to opportunity.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our Salesforce professional services offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition and address potential client needs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted lead generation campaigns specifically tailored to the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and relevant information within the Salesforce CRM system to ensure data integrity.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new leads and stay updated on the latest trends and competition within the Salesforce ecosystem.
    • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through a proactive and results-driven approach.
    • Work closely with the Professional Services team to ensure client satisfaction, identify opportunities for upselling, and contribute to the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; prior experience in the Professional Services or SaaS industry is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and services, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce products.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and build lasting relationships.
    • Proven ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and maintain strong connections.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
