SENIOR ANALYST, SUPERVISOR
JOB FUNCTION:
The Supervisor is responsible for driving processes which may influence the direction of other areas. Communicate expectations and goals daily to team in order to meet PFSweb’s performance standards. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and pleasant personality; effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination; dependability, ability to follow directions and a strong willingness to learn.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive processes which may influence the direction of other areas
- Deliver formal counseling/mentoring to direct reports
- Participate and engage onsite client relationship
- Drive quality of Client related projects and promotes overall success
- Supervise and execute improvement process in quality production
- Supervise and adjust staffing levels based on requirements
- Manage, coach and mentor hourly staff
- Identify operational issues and drive action for quick resolution
- Communicate staffing and equipment issues proactive
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- 3-5 years in a Leadership capacity within a Distribution Center environment
- Workforce Planning experience required
- Deliver resolution to issues and promote process improvement
- Effective people and planning skills required
- Promote fair, safe, trained and engaged work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must read labels, RF scanners and maneuver throughout facility
- Must be able and understand verbal and written instructions
- Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to push or pull carts of up to 100 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to climb stairs without assistance
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and grasp products
- Must NOT be afraid of heights
