GENERAL SUMMARY: Performs system monitoring and analysis support for the detection of cyber incidents and provides recommendations on how to correct findings. Act as the COLSA Bounty Hunter Information System Security Officer (ISSO). Perform Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities throughout the life-cycle process.

Required Skills Required Experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of work-related experience.
DoD 8570.01-Manual IAT Level III Certification required.
Knowledgeable in the areas of: real-time security situational awareness, operational network systems, and security monitoring.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of Top Secret/ Clearance with SCI eligibility security clearance
Experience with the NIST 800-series Special Pubs
Experience obtaining DAA/AO Authority to Connect (ATC) and Authorizations to Operate (ATO)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)
Experience working with Demilitarized Zones
Experience with DoD Unified Capability Approved Products List
