JOB PURPOSE: The CCC Development Manager is responsible partnering with multiple stakeholders to manage the initial onboarding process and integration throughout the first 12 months of employment for all new CCC hires.

LOCATION IS OUT OF APEX, NC BUT WILL ENTERTAIN RESUMES FROM CANDIDATES WITHIN EST AND CST ZONES.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates and facilitates onboarding process for all new CCCs
• Collaborates with regional leadership in setting goals for new CCCs
• Oversees education and training in accordance with NSS framework utilizing local managers, clinical education, and other resources as necessary
• Creates personalized action plans specific to individual areas of developmental needs
• Facilitates up to 12-month integration plan based on new CCC performance
• Actively monitors & analyzes key performance indicators for new CCCs – average steps closed, pended order %, outstanding tasks, cycle time, ageing of orders, LAR, etc.
• Oversee the ongoing development and growth within the CCC career path
• Performs needs assessment to identify knowledge and skill gaps
• Coordinates with appropriate stakeholders to support CCC integration and introduction to the team
• Responsible for analyzing CCC feedback to further refine onboarding and training process
• Schedule monthly training topics
• Performs other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2 + years of experience in/with the CCC role required
• Experience formulating and conducting educational sessions
• Competency in all aspects of the Numotion order process
• Experience in alignment of client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Proven ability to manage and drive multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent listening and negotiation and verbal/written communications skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Ability to perform job with integrity and values consistent with the Numotion Mission
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
