We are looking for a first-shift Coating Machine Operator for one of our partners in the Cleveland area. Must be mechanically inclined but we are willing to train,

• Set up and control automatic hot-dip lines to plate parts with a protective coating of phosphate.
• Reads production schedule to determine the setup of lines
• Turns controls and valves to set the temperature of phosphate tanks and overflow of rinse tanks
• Verifies temperature of tanks with handheld thermometers
• Inspects coated products for defects
• Maintain these responsibilities in accordance with all provisions stipulated by AS9100D, ISO9001, and NADCAP chemical processing.
