Cobblestone Auto Spa is the leading Car Wash, Oil Change and Convenience Store operator in Phoenix, AZ with 35 locations and now 19 locations in the Denver, CO area. We are rapidly expanding and are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Operations Manager to join our exciting Corporate Team, offices in North Scottsdale.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) OPERATIONS MANAGER
Cobblestone Auto Spa is looking to bring on an IT Manager within our Operations level of Management. This candidate should have at least 3+ years' experience in Information Technology and be up-to-date with current software and hardware solutions to provide recommendations for company growth and purchasing efforts. This position will be tasked with defining the technology strategy and overseeing the operations of infrastructure, computing systems and other technology required to support Cobblestone’s unique goals and business objectives.
TOP QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
- Has a working knowledge/Understanding of DRB Systems, SQL.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Understands landscape of vendors in a service environment, experience in building an IT roadmap and strategic company roadmaps.
- Vendor Management and previous experience with, document management, and NCR for use of debit/credit, internet mobile providers, other very limited home-grown specialized systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinating and communicating with inter-departmental heads regarding IT related projects, scopes, & financials.
- Plan, procure, & execute deployment of critical IT infrastructure (such as POS tablets) - including research & development, configuration, testing, network architecture, field deployment, training, & maintenance.
- Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
- Managing physical and digital tech assets including field tech tools & inventory, physical asset tagging, critical backup inventory, procurement, secure disposals, storage, and protecting/managing sensitive digital information.
- Cybersecurity, PCI compliance, physical security (overseeing installation/configuration of lockable server cabinets while concurrently migrating to SDW an, managed switches, managed PDUs) and monitoring/utilizing existing digital security platforms.
- Tech department financials, projections, costs analysis
- Analysis of current and deployment of new car wash promotions, programs, & dynamic pricing.
- Migration of current VoIP phone system to new system
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
