Job Description
The Manufacturing Operator III is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of assigned machinery. The Manufacturing Operator III is also accountable for the inspection of components and the necessary adjustments or tool replacements to maintain quality standards. Additionally, this role assists in the setup and operation of production equipment by following established guidelines, adjusting machine settings accurately and in a timely manner to ensure tasks are completed according to specifications.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conducts pre-operation tasks on multiple equipment to ensure proper startup and operation
- Operates multiple equipment, monitors operations, performs setup and changeover, inspects parts, and adjusts or changes tools as needed to maintain quality standards and minimize unplanned stops
- Performs scheduled quality assurance tests according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and communicates results to team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of high-quality products with minimal waste
- Performs housekeeping and sanitation tasks on production equipment
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement setting
- Technical and mechanical aptitude for basic troubleshooting
- Capability to lift at least 25 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb stairs as required
- Availability for weekend work and some holidays to meet customer demand
- Use of hearing protection due to elevated equipment noise
- Exposure to seasonal temperatures
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 years of work experience

Salary info:
$20 - $22 / hr
