ABOUT THE COMPANY: For 75 years, Coda Resources has been an innovative leader in manufacturing and distribution. Our primary focus is producing supplies for the HVAC, electrical, plumbing and automotive industries. Our main regional headquarters and warehousing distribution center has been re-located in 2020 to a brand-new state of the art facility in Glendale Heights.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for collection of data including sales, costs of goods sold, marketing and other expense data across several platforms and portals and aligning it to the Company’s internal system data to compare and call out potential issues. From KPIs determined by the team, this position will also be responsible for analyzing, trending, and identifying any patterns in those KPIs and effectively communicate them back to the team. This is not a computer programmer position. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

· Aggregate data from all portals and match up with internal system data, identify and report any issues to appropriate departments

· Collect, compile, and analyze data including Sales, GP, costing and pricing, above line and below line expense

· Report data findings on an ongoing basis based on platform, major/minor line, and Sku level

· Detect fluctuations and changes that effect the bottom line

· Communicate and present issues and insights clearly and effectively to correct departments

· Other duties and responsibilities as directed that will contribute to overall division profitability

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience in using and pulling data from various Company and Customer portals and systems

· 1-2 years of experience in financial data analysis

· Detail oriented

· Intermediate / advanced excel skills

· Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy

· Team player

· Exceptional organization skills

· Self-motivated can operate with minimal direction

· Comfortable learning new systems

· Fast paced environment
