We are hiring a PART TIME roaster assistant for our new Morena location roasting facility. Pay is very competitive and we are looking for a PART TIME employee to work Sunday-Wednesday, 25-30 hours per week. This role is very exciting and perfect for anyone looking to assist and learn from our roasting team during a production day. There will be heavy lifting, equipment cleaning and multitasking involved.

Must fit within these requirements:

-Exceptional interpersonal skills with team members.

-Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. sometimes without the assistance of others.

-Able to stay organized and self motivated.

-High level of multi-task ability.

-Interest for specialty coffee and production operations.

-Must have a positive and self motivated attitude.
