We are currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers for several locations in the northern and western suburbs, who are compassionate and looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors. We are dedicated to helping our clients improve their emotional, cognitive, and daily functioning.

Cognitive Care Counseling, PLLC, is a licensed and insured psychological practice providing counseling services and comprehensive cognitive training. We specialize in the treatment of adults and the geriatric population. We strive to offer compassion, advocacy, respect, and encouragement, and we are dedicated to providing an emotional outlet and techniques for clients to cope effectively with day-to-day problems and to continue to age in place with dignity and respect. Payday is bi-weekly.

Job Description:

Conduct initial assessments based on psychological, emotional, and social well-being.

Develop treatment plans by addressing client concerns and setting goals to establish a course of action.

Conduct psychotherapy and cognitive training sessions weekly.

Provide ongoing communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Maintain progress notes and other pertinent documentation.

Ongoing training and support provided.

Requirements include:

Master's Degree in Social Work

Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois
