Operate a variety of CNC Spring and Wire Forming machines (experience with Shinko Coilers preferred). Minimum 5 years experience setting up CNC Spring Coilers to run compression, extension, torsion springs, and wire forms. Determine manufacturing process and tooling required to produce a broad range of springs from basic compression, and extension springs to intricate torsion springs and wire forms. Must have knowledge of all spring related processing such as, stress relief, grinding, shot peen, set removal, and secondary operations when required. We are looking for the best of the best spring makers to join our team, if you have the skill and experience this is the opportunity you have been waiting for!
