Skills:

• 3-5 years of instructional design experience in Technology or FinTech environments.

• Experience with Compliance training preferred but not required. Must be creative and have innovative ideas to execute impactful Compliance training solutions.

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise is required.

• Ability to build linear and adaptive e-learning solutions (i.e. e-Learnings with multiple content streams and/or pre-test)

• Experience with audio/video editing and animation software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Soundbooth Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Flash a plus

• Strong graphic design skills and understanding of e-learning graphic design principles

• Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong project management experience, must be able to self-manage and prioritize projects with little supervision
