Job Description
Colby Community College is accepting applications for a full-time HEAD WRESTLING COACH at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I level, as a member of the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. Responsibilities include travel, recruiting, coaching, scheduling games, and budget preparation and compliance. Proven interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are required. Must have good organizational skills and the ability to work with a diverse student population. Integrity, innovative thinking, and an understanding of the rural community college are necessary. The coach works closely with administrative offices and departments across campus. Rapport must be established, maintained, and promoted with students, faculty and staff.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
SALARY
$36,500-$42,000, depending on credentials and experience.
