The ideal candidate will have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship, and special events management. In addition to marketing, brand, and social media-related work, this position will also share a role in tracking sales data; maintaining collateral and marketing materials inventory; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. This is an in-office position. • We need a creative person to design marketing material for Real Estate. Full or Part Time option is available Responsibilities: • Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely • Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporate them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth • Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated • Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand • Fluent in Canva • Knowledge of GSMLS and NJMLS • Knowledge of CRM Boomtown a plus Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required • Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude • Develop new concepts based on input • Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment • Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions • Marketing work experience preferred • Must have attention to detail • In Office Work as needed • Real Estate background preferred • Real Estate License • We need a creative person to design marketing material for Real Estate.
