    Collections Analyst - Hybrid Role

    Leading software company is looking for a Collections Analyst in Lowell MA. This is a 3-month contract opportunity.

    Shift of the Collections Analyst:
    Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 EST. Hours: 40 Hours a week. No OT or weekend work expected.

    Pay Rate of the Collections Analyst:
    $35/hr

    Responsibilities of the Collections Analyst:

    • Communicating with clients and internal parties regarding invoices, payments and agreement terms, providing exemplary Customer Service to clients via e-mail & phone calls.
    • Manage and maintain assigned accounts with updates on contacts, addresses, PO information, alerts and communications and send notification to the other departments and entering appropriate notes in the accounting system for individual invoice status.
    • Recommend professional service holds, halt global support when needed, communicate status of accounts and pending high dollar receivables. Initiate conference calls on problem accounts.
    • Send statements and payment reminders and collect payments on Receivables due.
    • Recommend accounts to third party collections agency
    • Submit refund requests as needed / Misc. adjust credits
