Job Description
The Collections Manager will be responsible for all aspects of collections process, ensuring timely payments, reducing delinquent accounts and building strong relationships with customers.
Accounts Receivable Management – monitor accounts receivable portfolio to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables
Customer Relations – communicate effectively with customers to resolve payment issues, negotiate payment terms, and handle disputes professionally
Collections Strategy – develop and implement policies and procedures for collections to minimize bad debt and improve recovery rates
Reporting – prepare regular reports on aging, collection trends, DSO, and bad debt performance
Team Leadership – lead, mentor, and train the collections team to achieve department goals
Collaboration – work closely with accounting, sales, and legal teams to resolve customer account issues and disputes
This is a remote (work from home) position.
Occasional travel may be required, less than 10%, for attending meetings, conferences or team events.

For this role, the salary range is $105,000-$115,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
